1. Parties

These terms govern the use of the Xairod platform (xairod.com, business.xairod.com) operated by USAFA Ltd, registered in England and Wales, and its Nigerian operating entity Xairod LLC. "You" means any person or business using the platform.

2. Platform Description

Xairod is a two-sided marketplace connecting Africans in Egypt with verified service providers including health services, food, housing, admission agencies, language schools, and tourism. Xairod acts as an intermediary and does not directly provide the services listed.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use Xairod
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• You must not create multiple accounts for the same person
• You must not use the platform for any illegal purpose

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access others' accounts
• Use the platform to spam, scam or defraud other users
• Reproduce or redistribute platform content without permission

5. Transactions & Commission

Xairod facilitates transactions between users and service providers. A commission of 10–17% (depending on category) is charged on completed transactions. Payments are held in escrow until the service is confirmed by both parties. See the Partner Terms for full commission details.

6. Reviews & Community Content

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, questions, messages). By posting, you grant Xairod a licence to display it on the platform. Xairod may remove any content that violates these terms or community standards without notice.

7. Disputes

If you have a dispute with a service provider, contact Xairod at hello@xairod.com. We will attempt to mediate fairly. For unresolved disputes, the governing law is England and Wales.

8. Limitation of Liability

Xairod is an intermediary platform. We are not liable for: the quality of services delivered by providers; financial loss due to provider misconduct; or platform downtime. Our maximum liability is limited to the commission collected on the transaction in dispute.

9. Privacy

Use of Xairod is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to data processing as described therein.

10. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
